When working in a company that participates in our workplace campaign, you can request a contribution card in the Human Resources department or fill out this online form to make your contribution through the voluntary payroll discount. The donation will be automatically deducted from your check and will arrive directly at United Way Puerto Rico to be distributed, by volunteers, between nonprofit affiliated organizations.
